Whatever problems you face, therapy can make all the difference in understanding your emotions, recognising the challenges in your life, and empowering you to make positive changes. Perhaps you’re an individual feeling low or stuck, unheard or unseen by the people around you, or struggling to move forward in life. Maybe as a new parent you feel overwhelmed and unable to cope or you are facing relationship issues as a couple, wondering if you can keep going as partners.
I’m Pippa Watson Rees, an experienced, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited and registered with the BACP. I support individuals, couples and new parents across a wide range of issues. I also offer clinical supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors and therapists.
My private practice is rooted in psychodynamic theory. I integrate all my training & experience, tailoring sessions to meet your specific needs. I work in a highly compassionate and relational way, building trust in a safe therapeutic environment. So you can feel heard, seen and understood while gaining clarity and understanding to move forward.

A confidential space to explore anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions and long-standing emotional patterns. Psychodynamic therapy helps you understand the roots of your struggles and develop greater self-awareness.
Support for communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, intimacy issues and trust concerns. Couples therapy provides a structured space to understand patterns and rebuild connection.

Therapy during pregnancy and early parenthood. Support for postnatal depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, identity changes and relationship strain after having a baby.
Reflective and supportive supervision for qualified therapists and trainees. A confidential space to develop professionally, reflect on clinical work and maintain ethical practice.
Client feedback
“Pippa encouraged me to see old patterns of behaviour from a different and more helpful perspective. It sounds like easy work but changing long-held beliefs and behaviour is never easy. However, due to her deep insight and kind support, I often left with a sense of clarity and optimism. I feel extremely fortunate to have had Pippa as my wise, unflinching guide.”
