I am a fully trained and experienced Counsellor, and am registered and accredited with the BACP. I have been registered with BACP since 2001 and as a member of BACP I am bound by their code of ethics and practice and their complaints procedure.
I have a Diploma in Integrative counselling from Southampton University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Studies, both from Oxford University. I also have a BSc (Hons) Degree and 15 years experience in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist, with a specialism in mental health.
I completed the Oxford Foundation Course in Group Analysis in 2014/15 with the Institute of Group Analysis, and completed Supervision Skills training with Alex Coren and Helen Baitman in 2017.
Since 2001 I have worked as a counsellor in various settings in the South of England. I have been based in Oxford for the last 16 years, but relocated to Edinburgh in 2018 where I am now practicing.

I have experience of working with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, abuse, bereavement, separation and loss, self harm, adolescence, relationships (with others, partner, family), personal change, work related stress and addictions.
From 2018 I am actively looking for referrals for people experiencing pornography addiction and sex addiction.
